The Portal

Energy-based healing therapies designed to balance the body’s subtle energy systems. Sessions may include intuitive energy work, tuning fork therapy, chakra balancing and cymatherapy to reduce stress, release of blocks, restoration of energy flow, support for emotional, mental, and physical wellness for long-term balance.

This 40 minute session provides healing energy to wherever you may be located outside of our office. This session is for individuals unable to attend in-person. Energy medicine isn’t bound by location.  Join via FaceTime or Google meet. 

Remote Energy Healing Session

Reiki healing delivers universal energy through the hands to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and natural body healing. Options include gentle touch, no-touch, or remote sessions. Cymatic frequencies are applied to enhance results and energetic harmony.

Reiki with Harmonizing Frequencies

Activate your subtle energy body to remove blocks to well-being. This deep healing session Includes energy body assessment, chakra balancing,  breath work with cymatherapy+pemf. All sessions are unique and may include energetic cord cutting, emotional release, subconscious reprogramming, healing journeys and more dependent on individual needs.  

Intuitive Energy Healing

Mini energy clearing and charging session to balance major and minor chakras that affect physiological and emotional well-being. Includes Cymatic harmonizing frequencies delivered via acupoints of the feet along with PEMF for reducing inflammation. Reduce stress, enhance clarity, and move into deep relaxation in just 20 minutes.

Chakra Balancing with Harmonizing Frequencies

Includes a consultation, energy body scan with chakra balancing, and vibroacoustic stimulation. Helps disrupt chronic physical or emotional pain cycles. Provides a coherent foundation for long-term recovery using a proprietary 8 week program that strengthens the energy body while rewiring subconscious beliefs.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy enhances tissue oxygenation and circulation to promote recovery, reduce stress, boost energy, improve cognitive, respiratory and immune function. Our soft shell chamber provides a safe, controlled environments for full-body oxygen enhancement.

Soft-shell mild hyperbaric chamber session for 60 minutes. Increases oxygen flow to tissues, boosts circulation, reduces stress, supports immune function, and enhances recovery. Suitable for overall wellness and longevity. Mild chambers are safe and affordable options for regular usage. Studies have shown similar benefits to higher pressure chambers without the risk of barotrauma to the ears.

Soft-shell mHBOT hyperbaric chamber session for 40 minutes. Increases tissue oxygenation, improves circulation, promotes healing, and supports respiratory and immune systems. Perfect for targeted energy and recovery needs.

The Portal LA was born out of The Gateway Portal for Growth & Wellness, one of the oldest wellness centers in Los Angeles which sadly closed its community center doors in October of 2023.  

The Portal, a wellness hub within the heart of Brentwood, offers a blend of cutting edge technology and energy medicine for whole person well-being.

Sharada LaSpisa is The Portal’s managing wellness director and master sound & energy healer.  Sharada offers intuitive energy healing services along with the more comprehensive Sound In Recovery (SIR) program that helps men and women put an end to the crippling consequences of emotional and physical pain cycles. As a result of the transformational healing process, clients are able to find improved health along with renewed perspective, strength and joy.

Sharada facilitates the cooperative effort between client, healer, and the divine so that wellness, personal transformation and growth can occur. She integrates the power of frequency technologies along with guided imagery and hands on healing for harmonizing body, mind and soul. 

Many of her clients have tried various methods to address physical and emotional pain. They seek to minimize or avoid medication and are eager to find a NEW integrative approach that can finally bring results.
